The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgium, Denmark, Great Britain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Estonia, Japan, Canada, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, USA.

Dispatch costs for consumer (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,90 € per order with DHL.

From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the order value (gross product value):

France:
Value of goods up to 50 € = 12,00 €
Value of goods over 50 € = 10,00 €
Value of goods over 100 € = free of shipping costs

Netherlands:
Value of goods up to 50 € = 12,00 €
Value of goods over 50 € = 10,00 €
value of goods over 100 € = 10,00 €
Value of goods over 150 € = free of shipping costs

Spain:
Value of goods up to 50 € = 18,00 €
Value of goods over 50 € = 15,00 €

Value of goods over 150 € = free of shipping costs

Finland, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden:
Goods value until 50 € = 23,00 €
Goods value over 50 € = 20,00 €
Goods value over 100 € = 17,00 €
Goods value over 150 € = 15,00 €

USA:
Goods value until 149,99 € = 19,00 €
Goods value over 150 € = Free of charge

Canada, Russia, Japan:
Goods value until 70 € = 23,00 €
Goods value over 70 € = 31,00 €

Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic:
Goods value until 50 € = 15,00 €
Goods value over 50 € = 13,50 €
Goods value over 100 € = 12,00 €
Goods value over 150 € = 9,50 €

Switzerland, Norway:
Goods value until 50 € = 31,00 €
Goods value over 50 € = 27,00 €
Goods value over 100 € = 23,00 €
Goods value over 150 € = 17,50 €

Denmark, Great Britain, Italy, Slovenia:
Goods value until 50 € = 18,00 €
Goods value over 50 € = 15,00 €
Goods value over 100 € = free of charge
 

From an order value of 200,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost. 

From an order value of 150,00 €, we deliver shipments to the US, Netherlands and Spain free of cost.

From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver free of charge to Denmark, France, Great Britain, Italy and Slovenia.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-3 days, for deliveries abroad within 1-3 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
